Returns:
If you need to return an item, please ensure that it is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that customized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges:
We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be challenging. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate the exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, with all original tags intact.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
