- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM IST will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.
- Shipping Options and Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1000.
- Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹1000.
- Express Shipping: ₹100 for all orders.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services internationally and will update our customers once this option is available.
- Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner’s website.
- Delivery Policy
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges.
- Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
- Undeliverable Packages
- Incomplete or Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will notify you to update your address details. The package will be reshipped at an additional shipping cost.
- Refused Delivery: If you refuse to accept the delivery of your order, a refund will be processed after deducting the shipping and handling charges.
- International Shipping
- Currently Unavailable: We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach and will update our customers once this option becomes available.
- Customs and Duties
- Since we only ship within India, customs and duties are not applicable. However, in the future, if international shipping is offered, all applicable customs and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
